Consulting Services Terms

 

The following terms apply for all customers purchasing Consulting Services. 

 

Consulting Services Billing Terms:

A: Fixed Price Engagement Services: FPE Services will be billed 100% upon the Start Date, with a 30 day period to submit payment. This includes the following services:

1 Hour Consulting Session

2 Hour Consulting Session

4 Hour Bucket

8 Hour Bucket

16 Hour Bucket

Schedule Maker Assistance Package

Historical Grade Import

On Site Consulting

 

B: Monthly Subscriptions:

Monthly Subscriptions will be billed monthly upon the Start Date, with a 30 day period to submit payment each month. This includes the following services:

6 Months Subscription

12 Months Subscription

 

Consulting Services Start Date:

Pricing afforded to you is on the condition that you are prepared to start the Consulting Services within 60 days of the Start Date you selected at checkout.

 

​Expiration of Services:

Consulting Services shall expire and all services fees paid by you will be retained by Duval Consulting LLC if services are not started within one year of the Start Date you selected at checkout.

 

Return Policy:

If you request a return of Consulting Services for any reason, you agree to pay for:

• Consulting Service work already performed

• Any related non recoverable expenses

Cancelation Policy: 

Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 24 hours of your consulting session start time will result in a $50 cancelation fee. Cancelations may be requested by emailing Kristen@DuvalConsultingLLC.com or by visiting "My Bookings" from within your profile.

 

These Duval Consulting LLC Consulting Services Terms are subject to change at our sole discretion. In the event of any such change, Duval Consulting LLC shall post a revision of these Terms at www.duvalconsultingllc.com/consulting-services-terms and Your continued use Professional and Consulting Services shall be subject to such revised terms
