From starting in software support in 2011 at WhippleHill Communications, to as of recently being Blackbaud's most senior Student Management Consultant, I have worked with hundreds of Blackbaud K-12 schools. Throughout the last 12 years, I have resolved thousands of support calls; guided new, existing, and senior users; and implemented some of the top independent schools in the country.
